ST MONICA FEST IS COMING!
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
CATHOLIC CHARITIES PRESENTS FR JOHN CORAPI
St Monica Fest will be taking place on Sunday, August 29, 2010. The fest begins at
10:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm (or when all the food runs out!). There will be a variety
of American and Mexican dishes and refreshments served. All proceeds will be donated
to our own St Monica parish.

Do you know someone who has not received Baptism, Communion or Confirmation?
Do you know someone of another Christian faith who is ready to come home to the
Catholic Church? Help bring them home! St Monica's English RCIA (Rite of Christian
Initiation for Adults) is signing up adults 15 years of age or older who have not yet
received Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation or Eucharist). Classes begin
on September 19, 2010. For more information, call DRE Mary Helin at (847) 428-7562.
On March 26, 2011, Fr John Corapi will give a series of 4 talks at an all day conference at
Northern Illlinois University (Convocation Center) in Dekalb. Doors open at at 7:30 am.
There will be Celebration of the Holy Mass at 4:30 pm by Most Reverend Thomas Doran.
